Pepgenix - Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and return procedures for all orders placed with PepGenix.

1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery via FedEx

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx 2 day delivery. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Products are shipped domestically based on current stock in U.S. warehouse. Average delivery time is 2 days from the date of shipment; however, delivery may take up to 3-4 days due to factors beyond the control of pepgenix, including but not limited to postal delays, weather conditions, and high seasonal volume. Flat rate of domestic U.S. shipping is $20 in most cases. There may be a situation where this is not the case, if so we will reach out to the customer immediately to discuss the situation. Tracking information for domestic shipping is provided when your order fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

2. International Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped internationally from our overseas warehouse, based on current stock in here in our U.S. warehouse. All International orders are shipped via different mail carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and a few others. Based on the order, we select the best carrier possible to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Average delivery time is 10-14 business days from the date of shipment; however, delivery may take up to 15-28 business days due to factors beyond the control of pepgenix, including but not limited to postal delays, weather conditions, customs seizures, and high seasonal volume. If U.S. customs seizes your package, we guarantee with 100% certainty that the package will be resent and delivered to you at no additional cost, as this is our responsibility to provide you with the product that was purchased. If this happens, this is can delay delivery of your order to the extended timeframe listed above. Flat rate of international express shipping is $50 in most cases. There may be a situation where this is not the case related to the weight of package., if so we will reach out to the customer immediately to discuss the situation. Typically if the package is 0.5kg or less the shipping cost will not change. Tracking information for international shipping is usually provided 3-5 business days after your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and for reasons related to quality control, contamination risk, and legal compliance, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
